| Had to get steering column replaced for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. After installed, Chris informed me that there was a slight binding when steering the wheel most likely a defect with product. He ordered a new replacement and installed without additional costs. Chris was clear of the issues. Chris is a very honest man. Great customer service. |
